To make sure you are eating well, think about foods you like, and plan ahead of time what you will eat for the next few days. Just make sure the food choices you make are following your renal diet.

TIPS For Meal Planning

1. Make a grocery list ahead of time.

2. Keep a list of the food recommendations with you while you shop.

3. Cook ahead of time.

4. Cook larger meals so you can have leftovers.

5. Prepare portioned snacks in a Ziploc bag to eat on the go.

6. Have fun exploring new recipes and foods!
